You submit a request via our contact form or call us directly. We match you with the right consultant, schedule a video or phone session at your convenience, and walk through your specific issue together. Sessions are typically 30–60 minutes depending on the topic.
Wallet & Security
Always download from the official source — metamask.io, trustwallet.com, or ledger.com. Verify the developer name in your app store. Never click a search ad link to install a wallet. Write down your seed phrase on paper immediately during setup and store it offline. Our consultants walk through this process step-by-step.
Your seed phrase (12 or 24 words) is the master key to your entire wallet. Anyone with your seed phrase has full access to all your assets. Lose it and you lose your wallet permanently. Never store it digitally — write it on paper, store it offline and securely. We never ask for your seed phrase.
Never. We do not ask for your seed phrase, private keys, passwords, or any account credentials under any circumstances. Our service is educational — we teach you what to do, but you always take the actions yourself and remain in full control of your assets.
Transactions
Use a blockchain explorer for your network: Etherscan (Ethereum), BscScan (BNB Chain), or Solscan (Solana). Paste your transaction hash into the search bar to see the current status — Pending, Success, or Failed — along with confirmation count and gas used.
A long-pending transaction usually means the gas fee was set too low. In MetaMask, you can use the Speed Up button to resubmit the transaction with a higher fee. Alternatively, you can cancel and resubmit with an appropriate gas price based on current network conditions. Book a consultation and we'll walk you through it.
